Larry Lahr is the licensed agent providing services for your real estate needs. Larry comes from working farm and cattle ranch background in the Los Alamos area, and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in Agribusiness Management. After graduating from Cal Poly, Larry worked for the San Luis Obispo Production Credit Association (PCA), a part of the Farm Credit System. During his employment with PCA, Larry accumulated significant experience in appraising and financing agricultural properties in the Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

As former agricultural lenders, the staff at Rincon maintains relationships with several lenders for various types of loans. Rincon can represent you at no additional cost, and shop your financing needs to find the best available source. Rincon is also active in management and consulting services.
